Hi...I am new to the group and been bacK in the gym for about a month now. I am 63 years old, 6'2' and a pretty solid 235 pounds. I want to try to reduce some body fat and regain some muscle and was wondering if anyone has had a sucessful routine of diet, excercise and / or suppliments for those of us who are in our advanced years..any info will be appreciated.....thanks.
