need help w/ Gonakor Hcg admin

Can anyone tell me how to mix this correctly. I have a 10ml vial of powder and a 10ml vial of distilled water. I am assuming I just inject all of the water into the powder, mix and store in the fridge. Also, I will not be getting slin pins so I need help with converting into ml's/cc's. If I do mix all the solution into the powder, how much will I need to draw up into a 23gauge to inject 500IU. I am guessing this will be a small figure...like .25 of a cc. The side of the powder vial reads 250IU. Also, I heard I can inject in the subcutaneous layer, so do I just pinch some ab fat and go to town (sticking a 1" pin in half way or so)?
