you can start by not pinning your bicep, not sure who gave you that idea

i wouldn't go to the hospital, then again i live in the US where a hospital visit costs thousands. if you think going to the ER will do you any good then you are fooling yourself.. all they will do is give you antibiotics and send you home after a 8 hour wait.

you probably need to ice it down and give it a few days to get better
 
As long as you don't develop a fever or rash on the injection site - it's just post injection pain.

If you develop a fever or a rash develops on the injection site - go to the hospital immediately because you have an infection.
