How many mg's taurine a day while using clen?

5 is sufficient. I've used 10 grams before, and I do notice a difference, but its near negligible.

I wouldn't use anything less than 5.

You noticed a difference how? What does it do for you? I thought it just helped regulate water retention...

it definitely helps me with cramps and Ive heard it helps to prevent a rebound effect although Ive never noticed a clen rebound before.
