give me step by step for converting fina

Instructions for making 100mg/ml and 200mg/ml is at the bottom of these directions.

Contents of an ?F' sterile kit for 75mg/ml:
1. A red stoppered clear vial with 5-10ml solution to dissolve the hormone.
2. A red stoppered clear vial with oil to about 3/4 full.
3. Two 18 gauge x 1.5 inch needles.
4. A 10ml or 20ml syringe.
5. A crimped clear sterile vial.
6. A 0.45 sterile syringe filter.
7. A 5ml syringe.

What you should have in an ?EZ? kit.
1. A vial with 5-10 ml solution.
2. A larger clear, sealed, sterile vial with sterile oil in it.
3. 2-18g needles.
4. 10ml syringe.

How to keep a bottle sterile.

1. Rinse off the exposed stopper with isopropyl alcohol or better yet, methanol. This washes away the bacteria and dirt while alcohol wipes just move bacteria around because alcohol doesn?t kill bacteria.
2. Tear off the aluminum with a pair of needle nose pliers.
3. Using syringe filters or sterile contents from the clear bottle inject back into bottle or just pull the stopper out and pour whatever you want into it and reseal. As long as you don't touch the lip of the bottle with something non sterile it will still be sterile.

Preparation.

Read directions all the way through, first.
EZ kit directions.

1. Add 2000mg of your favorite hormone to the vial with 5-10ml of solution. You may crush the pills in the vial to speed up the breakdown or use a very low heat.
2. Once the pills are broken down, add the solution from the previous vial into vial 2 while trying to disturb the filler in the bottom of the vial as little as possible. You can also use the syringe and needles to draw the solution out of the first vial and inject it into the sterile oil vial.
3. (This step should not be necessary )Warm the solution on an electric burner or in hot water until all the pills are settled and the vial is only about ½ cloudy.
4. Turn off the heat, but let the vial set as the element or water cools to room temperature.
5. Let set 1-2 hours or overnight to allow cloudiness to settle out.
6. For better sterility the solution can be placed into and oven for 30 minutes that has been preheated to 250F.

Sterile directions

Preparation: Draw oil in the amount of 2ml for a 2gF or 5ml for a 4gF from the oil vial using the 5ml syringe and set aside. Draw 6ml if using an 8g. This oil will be later used in step 15.


1. Add 2000mg of your favorite hormone to the vial with 5 10ml of solution. You may crush the pills ONCE THEY ARE IN the vial to speed up the breakdown or just let it set for 15 min.

2. Heat 5-10 minutes on lowest heat, then add solution of vial 1 and 2 into the larger of the two bottles.

3. Warm gently on the lowest heat possible on an electric burner, or use boiled water. THIS SHOULD ONLY TAKE 5 10 min at most and any pills and filler will be dissolved and may make 3 layers of white, brown and gold. Your solution may turn clear/gold and filler will stick to sides and bottom.

4. Stir or swirl and remove from heat and let cool to about room temp although solution shouldn?t be much above 100F in the first place, but it needs to settle.

5. After sterile filtering you will notice that it may be a little cloudy. Heat again if that's a problem or run through a 0.22 or 0.1 if you must have clear.

Sterile filtering.
(If you have layers, filter one layer and then another until down to the whitish filter)
6. Do not swirl or shake, but warm the solution in hot water or on an electric element and while warm to touch to allow easier filtering, but not so hot that you can't hold the vial. Draw 10ml of the solution from the vial into the provided syringe. (See V3 for an alternative to drawing)

7. Turn the 10ml or 20ml syringe upside down.

8. Remove the needle.

9. Open the sterile filter package, but leave the filter in the plastic.

10. Holding the filter through the plastic, screw the sterile syringe filter onto the 10ml syringe.

11 . Remove the flip cap (if there is one) from the sterile crimped vial and place a needle onto the syringe filter. Take a second sterile needle and push that into the stopper to relieve pressure while filtering.

12. Place the syringe filter/needle combo immediately onto the sterile vial.
13. Push the 10ml through into the sterile vial and repeat as necessary until all the contents are into the sterile vial. Push all the contents of the syringe into the vial by grasping the syringe with 2 hands. Using your index fingers or thumbs push down on the plunger while continuing to hold onto the syringe with 2 hands. DO NOT EXERT EXTREME PRESSURE DOWNWARD ONTO THE SYRINGE FILTERS! If you move the wrong way the vial will go shooting across the table and there goes your experiment. Also, if you push too hard the flow through the syringe filter will slow. It should take no more than 30 seconds to run all the contents of the syringe through a 0.45 filter.

14. When the oil is out of the syringe you will need to reload. Grasping the syringe filter by it?s sides, unscrew the syringe and leave the syringe filter on the vial! Reload the syringe as you did earlier.

15. When all filtering is complete, there is still some valuable solution in that filter. Again, leaving the syringe filter on the vial, unscrew the 10ml syringe and replace it with the 5ml syringe that you prepared earlier. Push that oil through the syringe filter to wash it out.

16. You may heat in a 250F oven if you wish to further sterilize the bottle.

17. Use for animals, research, or discard. This practice in crystalline solutions and sterility is not intended for human use.

After setting for a couple days or a week, you may notice some separation or what looks like a bubble on the bottom. Shake or heat to 212F and that separation should disappear for good. The only other thing you will notice is some brown sticking to the bottom and that is glue that has made it through the filtering process.

Higher mg/ml.

If you want 100mg/ml and you have 2000mg of hormone, you need 20ml (2000mg/100mg/ml is 20) total solution. You must use all of bottle 1 which is 5ml in a 2gF kit. You must use 5ml of bottle 1 solution for every 2000mg of hormone you have. 2000mg of hormone takes up
2ml so now you have 7ml. 20ml total needed 7ml used means you need 13ml from bottle 2. Bottle 2 had 21 ml so 21ml - 13ml means you take out 8ml from bottle #2.

If you want 100mg/ml and you have 4000mg of hormone, you need 40ml (2000mg/100mg/ml is 40ml) total solution. You must use all of bottle 1 which is 10ml in a 4gF kit. 4000mg of hormone takes up 4ml so now you have 14ml in bottle #1. 40ml total needed 14ml means you need only 26ml from bottle number 2. In bottle number 2 was 41ml so you need to take out 15ml.

there seems to be something wrong here. isnt this animal..of aminalkits.be? and animal is a very knowledgable guy who has used fina many times before...i have seen the posts. and how does this guy have that many stars if he has 900 posts...i am so confused.:confused: :confused:

I'm w/ you on this JC. I was thinking the same thing. Someone explain this so I can sleep easy tonight.
