Cycle help

This combo has worked for me in the past but my intracycle and post cycle therapy needed some help. I recovered fine but forget what I used.

Cycle:
Sust 500/wk for 12 weeks
winny 50/day for last 6 weeks
anavar 50/day last 8 weeks
Tren e 200/wk for first 8 weeks
Eca 30mg/200mg/300mg/day 4-6 weeks

What should I use intra cycle?
HCG 500iu a week? When should I introduce it?
Tamoxifen? dose? PCT

I recover vey well on OTC things like sustain in the past.

This is the heaviest cycle I have ever done.

I am 6 ft about 200lbs 9-12%bf
working out for many many years
several cycles under my belt
35 year old male
I used to post on here a lot more and had to cut back d/t personal issues.

I miss most of yall

Hello Pat ,good to see you back,first drop the winstrol its not good running 2 orals at the same time. The var will do the job alone.
HCG can be started mid cycle.

PCT HGregenerate,unleashed(needtobuildmuscle) either Sarms-4(sarms search.com) or nova.
