Clen/T3 cycle: What best time to take dosage?

I'm taking Clen and T3 for the first time (its actually a 50mg ED Win, T3, Clen cycle). I just need some good advice on what times should I take the Clen/T3 during the day if i'm using together? How should I split the dosage up?

First thing in the AM so you can sleep at night

I took my clen before a workout or right before bed, the shakes were too hard for me to deal with at work...right before bed let me sleep right through the clen. I never had a problem with T3 so I just took that when I got home from work. Most would suggest spitting the doses to twice a day but I never had a problem with just once a day of each.
