maybe I missed some post saying what cialis was, but is it just like viagra just another company. I know viagra only increase blood flow to that area, but does nothing for sex drive(making you horney). This Cialis thing seems to be explained as a sex drive enhancer? hopefully someone can simply explain what I have missed
