go to walmart and check out super nos pump by body fortress. i've tried lots of different arginine supps, but this one is by far the best and cheapest...only $10 / bottle! full muscle pumps and crazy penis veins. definitely worth a try

I just get arginine powder from True Protein and take 3x day. You're supposed to absorb it better when taken on an empty stomach, by itself, with no other aminos or creatine in the way.
I like to mix arginine with creatine. It gives me better results.

Wwo. 8 grs? I take 5 grs and get a great pump.
i seriously don't know how you don't get explosive shits taking 8g at once, LOL. I love it but have been working my way up from 2g and now at 3g.
