advice on my first cycle of clen

I got liquid clen guys I would like to know how much to increase it if I start taking on Day1 20mcg , I'm planning to run 6 weeks, a week on and a week off, thank you.

you won't get any results on 20mcg. you need to gradually raise it.. once you get to 60 or 80mcg then the sides start.

i hate clen btw

would much rather use cardarine, far safer and more effective! add n2slin pre meal and you are talking!
