i cant imagine doing more than a 3 board press. maybe i just have short arms.

pillsbury, who I train with when he is not off sleeping with gothic transvestites, has a 3 inch rom on a three board. He is about 5'8'' and has short arms. He makes a mockery of accomodated resistance with his 7 inch bench with no arch.

i would be thinking im slacking with a 3 inch press....my lockout isnt that bad, im sure there are other parts of the lift that need more work for me. hehehehe.

got some boards cut today,

10' 2x6 cut into 6 20" pieces

and some nails


so I can make a 1,2 and 3 board

bands should be here tomorow
