I was in a hotel bathroom in the fetal position with bloody diarrhea. My electrolytes were pretty much non existent according to the ER doc. Within 5-6 hours I felt better but not great.

i was in the fetal position before my daughters soccer game in Georgia. Another dad said you look F”d up, he drove my girl to the game to en picked me up and dropped me off at the ER and picked me up later four or so after I was hydrated and given some antibiotics. Salmonella thrives in the gut and wastes you. I felt like hell.

how much weight you lose

Yeah it was rough, I lost about 5-7 lbs in fluids. After I was hydrated back my weight was close to before.
