My Vacation cutting cycle

Guys I will put a new log starting Tomorrow for the cutter, I was sick for several days and have not diet or workouts to speak of.

Here are my meals for today:

wake up/ pre workout Liquid Egg white(16oz of egg white) shake with whey protein, med banana, slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter.5 eggs scrambled, mixed with 2 Tbsp of shredded cheese 7oz ground turkeyEgg white shake with scoop of whey and almond milk.Whey shake and egg whitesWhy shake with NF milkDip, cheese and crackers.Turkey, stuffing, green beans, gravy, scoop of potatoes.

As to weights My weights for flat bench were at 205 for 18 reps then 200 for 20 on the other sets, I do not feel 100% yet.
I will be posting my Pull cycle tomorrow with meals.

Todays workout felt pretty good, went for more reps across the board.
Meals felt pretty good as well.
