Approved Log My TRT and Deca Cycle log

Here is this weeks first update, pushing hard to finish the deca cycle, I'm finding I am mentally stronger than my body so I will it to work harder.
I feel good physically but the next 4 weeks or so feel like they are dragging along, its hard to explain really. I also feel like size has kind a capped but I'm getting more definition, not sure if that makes sense.

No. Quite normal. I've talked about this on our podcasts
 
you're getting more than enough protein every day maybe even too much
 
maybe lower your protein a little bit it might be straining your kidneys too much
 
I think you should just take a day where you fast the whole day just to give your stomach a break
