help cutting bodyfat

but even 70 grams of carbs a day isnt that not much

my cell tech has 75 grmas of carbs all sugar in 1 serving
 
so blood drinker... ur suggestion not to eat diary products??? eggs, egg whites??? milk, cheese???

what houls i eat for lunch in school

mulitplying my body ewieght by 11 comes out to..356 calories per meal.

is it ok do have a meal this big 45 minutes before i lift??

breakfast- triple threat

lunch- turkey, or tuna solid. and what else? how much

8th period- rite now i have a power bar (need to replace) what should i eat ..this is about 45 mins before workout. i also take glutamine then 15 mins later i take cell tech. ill b looking to get dimax creatine soon

immediatly i have creatine.. but if i get dimax i will have protein immediatly and gluatamine.
i have 100% whey prtotein..should i take 2 servings of it to get my cals and protein up? should i take it in milk?? and what should i have for a carb??
