No need to PM. I liked your thread with the before and after pics. You started like 30% bodyfat and cut it down to single digits I think. That should help some people with a supplemental means of dropping the blubber instead of thinking drugs will automagically change thier life.

aye, dave, but fact is I need the help from YOU ALL this time around, nothing major, just if i inspired or helped anyone to get more out of food/diet/training/life, a couple seconds would help out my endeavors a bunch...
