As the above stated, shoot tren ace ed and I wouldn't go over 500 mgs/wk total. No reason to go over that. Shoot 50 mgs/day and 100 mgs/day of test. will work wonders.
They are the same. In a study years ago injectable winstrol was slightly better in nitrogen retention, but the difference was small. I just take the tabs cuz I can't inject water based AAS.
First you have to decide what you want to do: Gain muscle or lose fat? What's your MAIN goal. I know everyone wants to do both at the same time, but you really need to focus on one or the other.

I would run test, primo, and var. I wouldn't take tren. I've done research lately on tren and it seems it could lead to congestive heart failure over time.
I've always included nolva in my cycles and have my athletes do the same and have never experienced problems with gyno when running nandrolones. To me it's just another myth propagated by the internet. Until someone comes out with conclusive evidence to the contrary I'll keep nolva in there.
