Everything else up substantially. Going great. Had some pump issues again but I was expecting them a little bit. I experimented with 100 carbs extra last night to see if that might be a trigger to excessive pumps and it did happen again. Coincidence? Anybody? I'm thinking I'll try it one more time and see what happens.
Strength is definitely increasing. I'm going to order GW and albuterol Monday. I also want to pick up my Osta and I think I'm gonna get more aromisin and up my dose a tad. It feels like I'm holding some extra water I don't need.
One more week of var then I'm cruising on test at 300 for 6 weeks and hitting the var again for a final 6, into pct.
 
Lots of water and taurine help a bit with the pumps. Hopefully during your matches they won't be an issue

Been off since Wednesday. Ate too much food on our city trip, and even had 1 beer at the ballpark (I know, but it was only 1). Did Grapppling tournament today. Got bumped up to 200+, which sucked a little. Went 2-0 and got 2nd. Pulled my groin and had to forfeit the finals. On a good note I tapped a 22 year old D-1 wrestler with and inverted heel hook. Let that be a lesson kiddies, don't wear shoes to a grappling match and don't assume your guy can't wrestle.

Everything else up pretty solidly. The pump monster got me today. Had a hard time finishing.
Tomorrow is the last day of var. I ordered GW, Osta, albuterol and more aromisin today. I'm gonna run Osta and maybe albuterol? During the test cruise. Well see where I'm falling BF wise before I decide on the albuterol. The GW is a definite for this next tournament. Also upping my aromisin to 12.5 ed for now. I think I let my estro climb too high and I feel line I'm holding water because of it. I'll know for sure after the var starts to clear whether its pump or bloat.

Everything else up solidly. Little winded though. Conditioning is down a tad for some reason. GW, Osta, albuterol, and aromisin paid for and on their way. Feeling good. Cruise starts tomorrow. Pinning 300 tonight.

75 carbs for the day. Not too bad. Hard for me to get any lower without going a little loopy. It's better when I'm very busy, then I don't think about it as much.

Bench fast, up 2 reps from last cycles 90% week. Everything up a fair bit on assistance work. Pump was definitely down so the var is wearing off some. Still feel really good.
Got my Osta, GW, albuterol, and aromisin today. Gonna start GW next week so I can run a month for this upcoming tournament. Albuterol is up in the air. I'll see how the GW works alone.

DL (2" deficit) 11x322 5x349 thumb was hurting from hook gripping.
GHR 4 sets for 43 reps against single micro and 3.5 pounds.
Everything else up a normal. Conditioning was back to normal. Strategizing how/if to add albuterol to my mix. Definitely adding GW starting Sunday.

Did a big cheat last night, pasta chicken, iced tea, fig newtons, and even a Candy bar.

Started albuterol and GW yesterday. Gonna cut until end of may for two tournaments. Everything clicking along nicely. Feel really good.

Everything else up solidly. GW and albuterol went fine. HIIT and BJJ tomorrow. First practice since tournament.
Pinned 400 test E, just now no problems other than I had a terrible cramp from working out that made it a pain to turn around to hit my Glute.
Carb a little higher today, ~80. Protein and kcals good though.
