I did not have a good experience with IUD. But, everyone is different, hopefully you will do okay with it.

I am noticing a huge difference in the amount of cravings I have now that I am off the pill. It has been 2 months, and I am happier, more motivated to train, and less MOODY! The only time I really liked my body was when I was not on the pill!

What about Alesse?

Hey ladies!
I'm just wondering if any of you heard of Alesse?

My pal's girlfriend, who did Med School, with my ex started using Alesse and all the negative effects of stronger BC pills disappeared since it is a much milder form of the pill.

Prior to that, she would experience bloating and mood swings! In other words, she was uncomfortable.
Also, this chick's an aerobics instructor too, so fitness was also a very important aspect in her life.

Oh well...I hope this info helps anyone!
