Improving abs fat

Excerpt: I think i've noticed a little bit of an improvement, but not much. How much more body fat to lose, before you guys think i'll see abs. I''m guessing i'm at like 15% right now, or something.

    I think i've noticed a little bit of an improvement, but not much. How much more body fat to lose, before you guys think i'll see abs. I''m guessing i'm at like 15% right now, or something.

    If you are 15% body fat and you're not seeing some ab definition either your body fat calculation is off or you are seriously lacking in abdominal muscles.

    You'll start seeing ab definition around 11 or 12% on most people.

    It will have much better lines and definition once you get to single digits
