Maintaining muscle strength & size when unable to lift?

I will be unable to lift for a few weeks. What is the best way to maintain size, strength, etc etc during this period? High protein intake? Any suggestions?
 
Push ups, chin ups, pull ups, one legged squats, dips, close grip push ups for triceps, get three chairs and place in a triangle put feet on one chair and one hand on each of the other two chairs and do deep push ups., sit ups. Simple stuff like that will work in a pinch.
 
You will probably actually grow from the rest. I took two months off and I grew in that time. The truth.
