    How to improve squeezing strength

    How does one increase muscle squeeze strength ? like in the legs and arms. Just to have incredible squeeze strength.

    I always prefer to use straps when my grip gives out so that I can continue to train the target muscle. IMO, there's no sense in letting your grip limit you. To improve grip strength, static holds with a barbell, farmers walks, dead hangs from a pull up bar, all help.

    makes no sense to use straps.. you are actually weakening your grip using straps ironically

    when you weight TRAIN, you are training your body right? so using straps is training your body to be weaker, not stronger

    I looked at this yesterday. He doesn't mean grip at all. He means contracting the muscle (any muscle)

    Look into those forearm grippers. They are pretty cheap and very effective
