Excerpt: hey I seem to be having some flexibility problems. I'm super strong I can literally squat over 500 lb no problem, but the problem is that I can't really do ass to Grass squatting because it seems like my hamstrings are so big. Also when I lay on my back and try to lift my leg straight up at a 45 degree angle I cannot do it without having to bend my knee. How can I improve this?

hey I seem to be having some flexibility problems. if you are like me and have huge hammies it is a struggle to ever improve it. i would be going to yoga atleast twice a week, but honestly this should have been addressed originally. this is why you don't wait

You need to stretch more and do yoga, really get your legs loose

I'm having a similar problem with hamstring flexibility

Yoga and stretching will help. You have to be dedicated though and stick to a routine.

The guys are right. Stretching and yoga. Preferably hot yoga for me
