Okay I've got a question--

If I eat about maintenace on training days, like 20x BW in cals, but then on non-training days I end up eating less than 20x, and maybe less than maintenance, will I still make gains?

I get about 1.5 grams of protein per lb of BW, by the way.
 
I was unaware that 20xBW was to maintain.
But in general, its good to cycle your cals up and down to keep your metabolism working optimally.
