Starting up a new log for my 2nd go at the intermediate 5x5. Have some good goals set up for the next 12 weeks, I want to:
1) Put on another 10lbs
2) Hit 405x5 on the deadlift
3) Hit 375x5 on the squat
4) hit 290x5, and 315x1 on flats.
5) Stay free of injuries
I thought I'd post up my old starting numbers from my first run at the 5x5, and the ones i'll be start with this time too.
First is September 19th - 2006, 2nd one is April 16th 2007.
Flats - 145x5 -- Flats 250x5
Squats - 115x5 -- Squats - 345x5
Rows - 105x5 -- Rows - 225x5
Dead - 205x5 -- Dead - 350x5
Incline - 135x5 -- Inclines - 215x5
First workout is tomorrow night, will post after.
