Sitting down to eat my 9:30-10:00 a.m. meal and I'm dining on two chicken breasts that were grilled out last night, a small baked potato and 1 piece of whole wheat bread. Back to the chicken though, first, I mix together some 1 part lemon juice to 3 parts water and I let it soak in that solution for about 30 minutes. Basically this just seals in all of the juices. You can not taste the lemon after it's cooked, but, the meat is just succulent and moist. Then, right before throwing them on the grill over the charcoal, I put some nice chunks of hickory chips/wood that were soaked in some water. So, with the coals blazing and the hickory smoked smell rolling out of my webber, after about 20 minutes on the grill, then it's time to put on my favorite barbecue sauce, gates sweet and mild. Hmmm. I just re-heated this in the lunch room and am now sitting back in my office and everybody thinks I'm an asshole because of how good it smells.

Yeah thats nice. Actually sounds ok. I had tbone steak with 4 eggs,hashbrowns, toast with butter, 1 qt milk. Im thawing chicken for lunch. Fried chicken. None of that grilled crap. PS>>did I mention im not a bodybuilder?

I prefer a Terriaki(sp?) marinade, overnight.
Mrs Y has a recipe that uses Lawreys Teri liquid Marinade,
ginger, Veg Oil, water.

Let the chick boobs site in this juice Overnight
Cut them into cubes and put the cubes on skewers
Grill it on the skewers
 
Yes, i did use the H57! My buds and I went out to eat at the breakfast place by the racetrack a few months ago. I ordered a porterhouse/eggs/hasbrowns. When I got it I put all 3 eggs on top the steak, the hashbrowns on top the eggs, then I poured 1 bottle(the whole thing) of H57 on top of it and began eating. They all looked at me like I was fucking nuts! I ordered a piece of cherry pie for desert! I also like putting worchestershire on fried potatoes! I tried your lifestyle once, I just cant do it. So I went back to what im good at: The bench press, eating, and staying fat. Actually its just this fucking gut, everything else is pretty cool. My arms blow up like ballons and veins are popping out my shoulders when im repping military press with 185lbs. And my stomach is bouncing off the floor. Fucking shit!
