I'm having an assembly party... :arty:

BYOT....... yep... Bring your own tools!

Right now I have this piece of equipment in what seems like a Gazillion pieces in my Training Shed!

I'm sure that most of you can't even identify it but thats ok, you don't need to know what it is. Also There is a 350pg book of assembly directions.. and YES WE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. I'm gonna put Soklu's first boyfriend incharge of reading the directions. :verygood:

Upon the completion of assembly.... Everyone gets Party hats and Protein Shakes... For those of you that don't even know what a protein shake is I'll have Guiness and Hotwings :p

You just get it then? Was that the one you decided on?
 
I put one very similar to that together before. It's not particularly hard, just time consuming. All you really need is a pair of pliers or a socket set and a small hammer, maybe a screwdriver too.

Just picked it up lastnight.. That bugger is HEAVY!

I had picked out a Marcy but after further review and a few other things that came up, I went to a local sports store and played around with this one.

The plus to this one is

NO smith machine... I was gonna make due with it and use it to my advantage but after playing with the one at the store realized it wasn't all that good.. hard to latch and a bit wobbly.. may have been due to poor assembly.

This one offers the dip machine, ab sling, POWER RACK ;) , and Pull up bar. It was a little bit more expensive than the Marcy but after this Figure Comp when I move back over to PL'ing I will be able to do Most of my training still... right there in my back yard.

I figured you and I could just do some DL'ing, Sled pulling, Squating... also we could do some car pushing.. ya know.. move everyones car to like a block over.. so that when they went to leave it was complete turmoil. :chomp:

I envision SA to be hiding behind my big tree with my POM smoking a blunt... :rasta:

Either or... That is a must! I needed a shot right after I opened the box last night... all I could say Is Holy Gawd Damn!

I'm gonna take pics of how frustrated I look at say...... about 5mins into the deed.
 
Very similar to part of my set up at home.

I think all I needed was a phillips head screwdriver and an allen wrench.

It took all day, by myself......

It only has like 10 million parts to it. Damn thing weighs a ton. It weighed down my expedition. I think I used up half a tank of gas bringing it back for her. lol

It doesn't come with a weight stack.. it comes with 250lbs of OLY weights and a bar. I also have a set of free weights for other movements ;) Working on a few more bars and db sets.
