Your top tips while on AAS

Tell us about you,Age,weight,BF, Height, Training history, these are the same Questions I ask members When i Train them,because no 2 people are alike, it will help me assist you in tips/shortcuts in helping you reach your goals.
 
depends on what type of AAS i am running.

generally I would drink an extra half gallon of water a day on top of what you already are drinking which should be A LOT depending on body weight.

also stretching is important AFTER your workout, and I would also encourage yoga on non workout days or on the other side of the day. ie if you workout in the morning, do yoga in the afternoon and vice versa. reason being many AAS will harden the muscles and if you don't stretch you will end up stiffening up. also stretching is good for the mind and body as a whole.

of course you should do both always on or off cycle.. but on cycle it is even more important not to skip out on water or stretching :)
 
Eat right. I promise that is one of the biggest aspects of a cycle that isn't taken seriously.

Also, don't turn this into a yoyo lifestyle. Many people do a cycle and then slack off, lose much of their gains, gain fat, then return to doing another cycle to try and get it back. Stay consistent. Continue to push urself on and off cycle so u build on ur results of every cycle.

Don't listen to buddy from the gym who tells ya to run a gram of test tren HGH and slin..use you brain and do your own research

Listen to your body, don't expect the gear to do the work for you, make sure you rest enough and keep your diet clean
 
Also remember this is a lifestyle so if you're serious you need to stay committed,thats eating right, Training Religously Every week, and Proper rest,the whole 9 yards.

1) Use an AI if your running test!
2) Wash face/body with PanOxyl (10% benozoyl peroxide wash)
3) I use a shampoo that is 2% Ketoconazole, 4% Spironolactone, and 3-5% Azelaic acid. Let sit on for at least 5 mins, and then use conditioner.

Mike177's super duper anti-DHT shampoo! Seriously though, I make it myself. I am very prone to MPB genetically so I use it year round now. I'm surprised I still have as much hair as I do! Not a single male on my dad's side that's not completely bald (I wish I was exaggerating).

Even being as prone to MPB as I am, I did not notice excess shedding on my test cycle while using the shampoo. Being a diffuse thinner, using a spiro cream all over my head is not very practical either. So this shampoo was my solution!

25, 190, 5'10 and 15 bf. I was weight lifting for 5 years, and recently had to take a break for about a year due to personal reasons. I been training again now for 4 months, gained some impressive size already. Even after my one year break i was benching 95kg x 10. Doesn't sound a lot but not bad after a year break.

This will be my 4th cycle consisting of

1-4 dbol 40mg
1-4 test p 500mg
4-18 test e 500mg
16 eq 600mg

Im goal is mass.

Test e 1-18
Test p 1-4 or 1-3 Which one would you recommend?

Iam new to test p, so advice would be appreciated.
Also how should my doses is be of test e and p when Im taking them at the same time? Also when im coming off the test p, I dont want to feel drop in performance, how should dose of test e be altered to?
