Its hard to comment when the two most important things are the most vague.
Based on what you posted here is what I think:
ORIGINAL DERMACRINE
- Haven't taken it, but have heard good things about it
LIPO-6
- Have taken it in the past, it was a decent product, when it comes to
burning fat I think a clean diet and more cardio is the best bet. The $30
or $40 you spend on this would be better served on more protein,
BCAA's, Glutaimine etc.
GREEN MAGNITUDE CREATINE
- Looked it up on the web, looks decent enough, I prefer
Kre-Alkalyn Creatine
so you don't have to go through a loading phase, but thats me
WHEY PROTEIN
- You can never go wrong with adding more protein
Now the most important part, what is your diet like and your training.
