Your thoughts on this bulking diet

X - are you saying for meal #1 to only have 5 whole eggs and peanut butter or were you adding to the 12 whites and two full eggs? Thats a TON of food....please advise......and also, it that 1 cup of dry oats? Don't think they make a bowl big enough...I know I use 1/2 cup now w/ two cups of water and it overflows a nice size bowl...can't imagin what a full cup will do, but if it'll do the trick, I'm on it.........

I'm gonna go 12 whites with 2 of them being WHole......+ cup of oats + 1 tb of pb........good idea to also have 1tb of PB before I train with my whey?
 
Does anyone eat this much????? Having a hard time with fitday.com identifying all the foods, but I'm guessing 4,000 cals +....tried to get through it and I can't even make it through meal #1.......even after a 1/2 of cardio.....thinking its too much
 
good idea to also have 1tb of PB before I train with my whey? no, you need the BCAAs when you train

Does anyone eat this much????? many ppl eat more Having a hard time with fitday.com identifying all the foods, but I'm guessing 4,000 cals +....tried to get through it and I can't even make it through meal #1.......even after a 1/2 of cardio.....thinking its too much maybe it is, you might just have to slowly get into it by adding food during the week, but it would take you at least 4 weeks to do it
