X - I've been SLAMMING a huge shake and some veggies and peanuts late night and I think it's hurting me......I do cardio 1st thing and then an hour later, I feel like I'm still bloated from all the fiber from the veggies or bloated maybe because of the thick shake........I use egg whites and skim...I know, drop the skim, right? It doesnt phase me any other time of the day? Is it possible to eat too many veggies throughout the day?
