Your parents or friends ever tell you your getting too big?

I still hear that shit all the time it motivates me to train harder. They said it at 225 now at 255 I'm still hearing it and I 'll hear it at 275...295... Its lack of understanding or jealousy on their part. It would be nice to have support from family members.

My girlfriend is really understanding. She loves to squeeze my arms or chest when I'm pumped. It's all about finding someone who understands you, and loves you for the person you are. Let's face it, making ourselves big and muscular IS the priority in my life, it helps me with my job and everything I do. This is too big a part of my life for my girl to NOT be cool with it.
Your family is a little different, the great thing about family is you can tell them to go fuck themselves and they will still love ya the next day.
Don't let them get to you, jealousy has many ugly heads.

People say im too big at 5'9 and 260lbs, but my FRIENDS tell me i can still get bigger. Dont listen to the jealous or envious. Just Grow and fuck em

I think the bottom line is, you probably look better than all of them and they are just jealous.
There are just average people and there are people that want to try to be the best they can. Just becasuse they have no desire, dedication, motivation or inpiration to try to get in shape or get big, does not mean you dont have to. That would be like you fucking with you mom about cooking (or something she really likes) all the time instead of going to school and not being so dumb. It just plain rudeness and they are doing it for the reaction.
I come from a family of 10 kids and I am the youngest, it is just their way of trying to control/placing their will on you.
I would just through a couple one liners at them, the next time they say it to you, like: why dont you get a better job, so you dont have to live in this dump, or why dont you go on a diet and get rid of that lard ass and cottage cheese thighs. Hurtfull, yes, but no different psychologically than what they are doing to you and then they should get the point after that.
