Hell, my bill when I only THOUGHT I was having a heart attack was $4900, in 2004, that was spending one whole day in the ER before being admitted overnight, then sent on my way the next afternoon.

Hard to believe that six years of inflation later, one could actually have an MI and only incur a $3300 bill.

BTW, insurance company negotiated my bill down to $1100 or so.
