I got a great idea for signing up new members:

Once a month a Poll goes up that let's Platty's vote a Mod out? and another Mod in?

This stuff would be a gold-mine

being a good mod doesn't always mean being the most popular though.

Ok, heres the voting rules on the mods:

Digger (Spellwin) sets aside an A Team..like the Elite mods. Anyone who is just a 'mod' may be waxed come voting time.

I think that is a fair rule; and with regards to Stiletto's comment, that is the point - an effective mod can moderate and be respected when they make hard decisions (look-up GymGirl)
