Same here, I use my own routine. Also, you missed ALOT of popular styles of training. Outside of a few message boards and websites, alot of the one's you have up are virtually unknown. At least add other to the list.

I agree with you. Mix it up. Try new things. Do heavy Deads, Squats, and Bench Presses 1 time every other week, or at least once a month. I think that is one standard that I would apply to anyones regimine. Find out what best works for you. Then train.

Agreed. Most of the people in these kinds of polls have probably only done one of the listed routines, or two at most.
 
I dont believe in sticking to one routene indefinetly. Right now I cycle between DC and 5x5, works for my own goals!
