i've yet to try those actually, but i really needto. for conveniences sake for the time being i really like pure protein bars. i get the chocolate deluxe and chocolate peanut butter kinds, they have 20g protein and 2g sugar. they taste pretty good too. i can't remember off the top of my head but i'm pretty sure they are super low on fats and carbs too. obviously not the best ones but they are pretty cheap and easy to get (grocery store) and aren't loaded with a bunch of stuff i'm not looking for at the moment.
