I must be a freak. I love shoulder day. I don't know anyone else who likes training shoulders but me! Haha!! :cool:
 
im the only one that loves arm day :alien:
 
uhm, iseem to have phases where i can wait to get int he gym to train a certqain musxcle group. At the moment im really enjoying legs, whi,st my enthuiasm for training shoulders seems to be dwindling.
 
Shoulders ROCK...

I love it, especially DB / Arnold Press. Seeing your entire upper body in the mirror pumped.

Imagining you're Arnold lifting a car or something...

I'm weird - I like 'em all - EVEN cardio :D

I voted for legs though. Love burning them babies up (and I do mean BURN). Love doing stiff-leg deadlifts and getting my butt so sore it hurts to sit on the toilet for a week. :eek:

My least favorite is back (except I love chinning). I guess because I can't watch my back working in the mirror. I admit it, seeing my muscles in the mirror is half the fun of working out. I am SO shameless! :o

Theres no "all of the above choice". I really enjoy training each bodypart. The only time I dread the gym is when I'm doing cardio...:mad: :alien:
 
i guess I need to put tris and chest in the same package...i love the way my tris look/feel after a hard wordout...but I really love the mass quantities of weight(for me)that I can move now on the bench...very cool.
 
I say bis tris and then back!
I have a strong neck, i can look back at the mirror lol.

as a side note

it pisses me off how some people actually like cardio . Some people call that shit a gift.. wtf?

You like sitting on your ass and rotate your legs like a hamster in his spinning wheel midlessly riding for 1 hour? That aint no gift.....

and plus i think its more rewarding to not like cardio, then actually do the cardio, and see your results. Thats more rewarding cuz you strived more for what you wanted.

I like doing legs usually (not so much now I am pregnant) and also triceps. But in another way chest is my fave because it is one that usually gets sore the next day, whereas others don't seem to
 
I like all the parts, but I have outlined chest for the perfect feel I get at (and after) the workout...
 
SHOULDERS BABY!!! I can see my delts growing every time i work them, and my traps grow better than everything else... too bad i can't say the same about legs:bawling:
 
All - for differnet reasons-
1. Legs -for the amount of weight I can do for reps in strict form on all leg exercises and the heavy exhaustion of leg workouts.
2.Back- for the amount of weight I can pull and becuase I need more thickness there.
3.Arms-who doesnt?
4.Shoulders- striving for that 200 lb overhead press for reps.
5. Chest- used to hate it until I found a BFT routine that actually gave me results.

Cardio-hate, but need to get ripped , so am slowly breakiing into doing more.
 
Love working my back. Once i get done doing my back my entire body feels workout from movements like barbell rows and deadlifts. I don't even work my biceps out and they and my back are completely wrecked the next day.
 
Without a doubt back day is my hardest but I can put up the most weight on that day so it is kind of a boost for amy workouts.
 
my favourite is chest/tri day
legs is definately the worse, everythings a peice of cake compared to working the legs
 
Right now I love working chest & bi's. My chest is growing fast again right now and I'm loving the feeling. I like the after effects of legs but I want to puke every time I work them good.
 
Back. Nothing feels as good when it's been thrashed and pumped up to beat all hell. I love it when traps (from shrugs on shoulder day) do that too.
 
I don't really think in terms of bodyparts. I think more in terms of lifts. I know that doesn't sound quite like bodybuilding, but if I want to increase my shoulder mass, then I work towards increasing my overhead press. If I want to increase my chest mass, then I work towards increasing my bench.
