What does Gear do for a workout?
Today I've taken 9 already. 530, 9, and 12. I plan to eat again at around 330 or so and I was gonna take 3 at about 3. Should I take 4 more at 430 for a pre workout and then 4 more when I get home for my pos workout meal? Or just keep doing what I am doing?
