Your genetic potential for building muscle is incredible.
People usually don't know there is a difference between:
Genetic initial muscle build
to:
Genetic Potential for muscle hypertrophy induced by training
They are not the same. Needsize's initial genetic build up is nice, but it's obvious his body's genetic muscle response to strength training is incredible.
Some people can start @145lb and even when super heavy training and super heavy gear dosages and precise nutrition can not add more than 20lb total.
and.....
Some people can start @145 train heavy, take lighter gear dosages, eat well, yet grow like weeds.
The fact that both guys from the example above initial weight was 145lb
does NOT mean they have the same (more or less) genetics. The second
one's genetic response to weight training and/or gear is much higher,
his body compansates by very pronounced hypertrophy.
(I belong to the first group unfortunately)
