Young bodybuilder need help!

Hey I'm going take some gear soon, some var tabs, win tabs and cyp.
I'm not sure how my diet should I'm an easy bulker. I want to gain some more mass. Would this be an ideal diet why i am on this cycle?

First meal:
10 egg whites 2 whole eggs
1.5 cup oatmeal
1 piece of fruit

Meal 2:
Probolic-SR

Meal 3:
1 to 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup of rice, vegetables.

Meal 4:
Probolic-SR, 2 tablespoon of organic pb

Meal 5:
Tuna with rice or potato. 1 tsp. Of olive oil

Meal 6:
Chicken or lean steak or fish, Pasta or rice or potato, salad or vegetables

Meal 7:
Probolic-SR, 2 tablespoon of organic pb

I'm 18, 5'10, 210lbs, I've been lifting for 4 years competed in a show about 2 months ago, um i would moderate experience, bulk up gain some solid lean mass. Get to around 225 to 230. I also put fat on easy and i have wrestling practice twice a week that an hour and half long. I'm going take 2cc of the cyp a week, 50mg of the var tabs a day, and 25mg of the winy a day make my way up to 50 as well.

Are you willing to throw away a wrestling scholarship if you test postive for steroids?
Do you have enough money to bail your self out of jail if you get busted with roids?
Can you afford a lawyer ?

Your very young man . I want you to atleast think about what you are doing and how it could affect your life.

This is not 1975 steroids are not legal like when arnold took them .Steroids are a classIII drug and treated just as cocaine or heroin if you get busted with them.

You have your whole life ahead of you . You parents could loose everything they own in lawyer fees or drug seizure laws if they find drugs in your parents home.

I say wait untill your atleast 21 some other will say even older

sorry bro, at 18 my only advice is to not take anything at all. its too late at night for me to list the many reasons that you are too young to take this stuff. but, if you will actually take my advice, I'd be happy to revisit this thread tomorrow. more than likely someone here will beat me to it.
 
Those r some good reasons chazk. I didn't think about that, if i did decide to do this one cycle, would my diet be a good one? and in general is it good for bulkin cuz in wrestling i need to keep my weight up as well
 
no one ever does one cycle. your 1st cyle with close your growth plates and limit your upside potential. someone said it well a few weeks ago--bobybuilding is not a race, but is instead a marathon--go out too fast and you will not finish.

yeah those are good reasons about jail and my parents losing everything, but help me fine tune my cycle.


since you're focused on YOU, here's some reasons why it sucks for YOU.

at 18, you still have 2 or 3 years of height left to attain. doing any aromatizable steroids will prematurely fuse your epiphyses (growth plates) and stop your growth. if you're a late bloomer this could be 2 inches. if you're an early bloomer maybe less. but you'll lose SOME height. is it worth it to do a cycle that is unneccessary?

at 18, your hormone levels (test, hgh, throid, etc) are at extremely high levels and your recuperative abilities are at their optimum. someone in their 30's on a heavy cycle can only dream about being able to achieve on a cycle what you can do naturally right now.

once you've started messing with your hormones, its never quite the same. that growth environment will never be as ideal as it is now naturally.


if you build a solid base naturally, that will be with you for life. after you've plateaued in a few years, you can start thinking of cycles. now is not the time.


so lets see,

jail risk
family finacial ruin
loss of potential additional height
long-term negative for maxing mass
long-term risk of depressed hormone levels

you decide.


As far as the board is concerned, no one here is going to give an 18 yo cycle advice.

BUT, there's plenty you can learn here about diet, supplements, training, etc that will get you to where you want to be. one step at a time.

You came to the right place, you just asked the wrong question

if your an easy gainer now why bother using aas now?
keep bulking natty untill you cant gain then think about aas.

I am 18 too, went throught time and time through these boys about age and roids. They have convinced me to do it naturally and i have been off for a month. My gains have been small (compared to roids) but if you concentrate on diet and eating as much protein as possible(i take in about 200-250grams a day) you will see gains. Dont do roids for a shortcut. When i did roids i didnt know any better and to be honest i prolly didnt need them.
Just eat and train right. If i were you i would get on some good whey and multivitamins. These people have learned through experience. Take mine and there ADVICE. -PM if you have any question bro.

I think he asked the right question. If he didnt ask he would be doing them all wrong. I was talking to a guy yesterday that said he was doing sus 250 and when he told me his cycle it was all wrong. He didnt even know what PCT was or anything. This guy was 31. I told him about this site and about dex and clomid and stuff. People need to ask this question more.

It amazes me the number of high schoolers who want a shortcut and are willing to sacrifice everything to gain a few pounds only to lose it later from lack of research and knowledge. I did my first cycle at 21. I was very lacking in knowledge, and wanted the "fast gains". I wish now I would of waited longer. That first cycle gave my gyno that I had to end up having surgery to get rid of. Cost me $3500. I don't know many 18 year olds that have that kind of money. Chazk and Mava had some great points. Are you willing to risk your family's trust for a few pounds of muscle? Your parents are your best friends and will always be there for you, don't screw that up. If I thought for one second that my gear use would put my son, my wife, or my immediate family in any kind of risk I would quit and never look back. There are more important things in life than a few pounds of muscle, I promise. That's my .02

18 years old?

Simple answer: No AAS. Wait til you are older and you will happy you did.

at 5'10" and 210 lbs, you already are a big kid. Stay natty for a while. If you still want to do roids when your 21, then go for it. And for your first cycle, do the Test C by itself 500 mg/2cc a week. That's plenty of gear for a virigin user to make great gains.

Steroids use in teens is a BIG No-No. When your body is still maturing and figuring itself out, with all these hormones racing through your body and still trying to grow, the absolute stupidest thing you can do is introduce foreign unnatural androgenic hormones to the body. It will confuse your system and possibly cause life time hormonal damage, infertility and other shit.

Your diet is not optimal. Too many shakes. Real food is better.

This is the thing hun, you are not even sure of how to eat and you want to take gear?

Unless you get that sorted, you will be unlikely to keep your gains.

How many calories are you eating? Do you know how much protien, carbs and fat?

Also diet is very individual and you will have to work out what works best for you.
