You Set The Jail Time For the Following Offenses

Dang he sounds ruined already and now you want him sent up the river too? Man, vixen you are tough.

Who runied him Curling? I'd say he ruined himself! It was HIS CHOICE not to pay his State sales tax.

I'll bet he's wishing he WOULD have had someone tough looking out for him...He'd NOT be in this mess right now if he did!

I'm just a "tough" realist!

Armed robbery - I think 10 years
Burgurly - 3 years
Drugs (personal use) none just sent to rehab.
Dealer - 2 years
Rape -25 years
murder - 30 years unless wife is killed for cheating on husband then just 1 year
tax evasion - 6 months
car theft - 2 years

1. armed robbery - no less than 20
2. burgurly - no less than 20
3. drugs - if help is needed send to rehab. dont fuck with the person who isnt bothering anybody or committing offense, just let them use.
4. dealer - nothing, or you might as well get rid of the tobacco and alcohol companies.
5. rape - no less than 20
6. murder(first degree) no less than 50
7. tax evasion - probation
8. car theft - if the victim doesnt shoot them - 2

Armed Robbery - 20 years.
Burglary - 15 years.
Drugs - 0 years - victimless crime.
Dealer - 0 years victimless crime.
Rape - Death
Murder - Death.
Tax Evasion - 0 years, but penalties should be imposed of course.
Car theft - 10 years. 15 if car was occupied.

These people simply don't have a place in society.

Rape - 1 year - death, depending on circumstances
murder - 10 years - death, depending on circumstances
tax evasion - none, just a fine
car theft - parole
car jack - 5-20 years

How long do you think people should serve "actual" jail time for the following offenses.

Armed robbery - I think 10 years
Burgurly - 3 years
Drugs (personal use) none just sent to rehab.
Dealer - 2 years
Rape -25 years
murder - 30 years unless wife is killed for cheating on husband then just 1 year
tax evasion - 6 months
car theft - 2 years

Now these are all first offenses second times go ahead 1.5 times original three times caught doubles it.

What about ya'll? What would you set the jail time at?

Armed Robbery - full compensation to the person robbed and have to be their servant for 5 days
Burglary - see above except for 3 days
Drugs - sent to colombia
dealing - see above
Rape - definistration
Murder - definistration onto a pointy object
tax evasion - be forced to watch survivor reruns for a day (24 hours)
Car theft - have to pay for all repairs, and anything the victim wants to have done to his car

depends on the cicumstances of the crimes and other factors.

Rape - if proven without a doubt(possiblilty of the bitch lying is ruled out) torture. lots of it. then death
I'll agree there. Rapists in most situations should be put to death.

Armed Robbery - Full reimbursal of stolen property, 1-6 years (depending on whether or not violence was involved)
Burglary - Full reimbursal of stolen and damaged property as a result of the burglary. 1-6 years depending on whether or not violence was involved.
Drugs - Fined small amount for use if in private, or jailed up to 5 years if in a situation where the drug could cause them to be a danger to others.
dealing - 5 years
Rape - Execution
Murder - Life in prison, or execution. Depends on circumstances.
tax evasion - Fined the amount owed, plus a 5% penalty.
Car theft - Return or reimbursal, jail time if the crime involved violence.

You're kidding, right?

No, I'm not.

Who do drug users fuck up? Themselves.

Who do drug dealers fuck up? Drug users purchasing drugs of their own free will.

Who do the other offenders fuck up? Innocent victims who have no desire to participate.

That's partially true. But there's other factors. A pregnant mother using crack cocaine while her baby is still inside, hurts the baby. She hurts her family (emotionally). A drug user possibly will hurt another person for either money or drugs (I have seen it happen).

Rival dealers kill eachother for their drug selling territories. Although the killing is in the murder category, the killings still tie in with the drug dealings. Innocent children and citizens caught in the middle of a "hit" or drive-by shooting. (See it on the news every so often) More shit goes on with people like druggies and dealers. I have seen it, and I have spoken to many people about it as well.

you are brainwashed you fuckbag.

drugs/alcohol/any mind altering substance DOES increase your chance of doing bad things. That is because it removes inhibitions and motor skills, among other things.

IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING. You can get fucked up and not do a drive-by (your pregnant mother case should be a crime, it actually has a victim). You can get fucked up and not rape paco's mom for a $5 rock.

So, here is a thought, WHY NOT PUNISH PEOPLE FOR BAD THINGS THEY DO INSTEAD OF PUNISHING THEM FOR WHAT YOU THINK THEY MIGHT DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drug use is a victimless crime. The consequences that may result from drug use, among other factors, may have victims. Therein lies the crime.
