You Set The Jail Time For the Following Offenses

You people have it all wrong I think - what we need to do is make PROFITABLE PRISONS. That way the inmates work like slaves all day long to compensate their victims and then base their "time" on reasonable amounts they owe. This would also considerably streamline sentencing.in all cases costs of incarceration should be borne by the convicts as well. On top of all of this once you've been breakin stones for the last 12 hours you might not feel so much like fuckin little Jimmy in the bunk next to you.
Basic guidelines might be:
Armed Robbery - Value of property stolen
Burglary - Full reimbursal of stolen and damaged property as a result of the burglary.
Drugs - Value of drugs consignment
dealing - Estimated value of earnings/profits
Rape - Estimated value of crime , say $100 (doubtful rape of a prostitute) to 10,000,000 (rape of a kid)
Murder - Spend rest of working lifetime paying off family
tax evasion - Amount owed
Car theft - Value of car.
Profit equals efficiency. People should be dying to build prisons.

Armed robbery -5 years 1st offence, second offence 50 years no parole.
Burgurly - 3 years if nobody was home. If someone is in the house 5 years. Second offence 50 years.
Drugs - none just sent to rehab.
Dealer - none they just have to pay a fine to support rehab
Rape -They have to be Raped then do 25 years
Murder - DEATH at the hands of the relatives of the murder victim, If they have children under 18 the killer will have to stay in jail until the children are old enough to kill him. If they won't kill him...set him free.
tax evasion - no jail time.....pay what you owe with interest no penalties
car theft - They should be held in jail until all cost suffered by the owner is paid for. Damage and loss of car, lost wages from missing work. The owner should also have the right to refuse the original car and demand a new car
