I used to do these with 305 to 315, but no way in hell could I do more than one set ! If your using them to gain weight, you should use a weight that will exclude the possibilty of doing any more leg work at all. Honestly though this something I would not want to do if on DNP as these babies kick the shit outta your cardiovascular system to begin with. I quit doing them because I simply could not stand the lactic acid burn combined with tunnel vision and seeing stars for a minute or so after the set. Now I do 5x5 with and get no burn, but oh does it hurt the next day. .
