if you get the powder, which some "home chemists" prefer, you can make your own variants of topical yohimbine. Though most people have no interest in this, as it can be quite a bit more difficult than they imagined.. and in the end less effective.

hi i have two questions. thanks this stuff looks amazing

1.after I loose the fat, will it come back after I stop using Yohimburn DF/ES?. considering I will still be doing my cardio(which is currently 5x 2 miles everyday on treadmill). and I'm doing about 2500 calories a day, quite healthy.

2. Is it true that this product only works wen you are already pretty lean? I'm not in that case i'm 6'1'' and around 200 pounds, quite a bit of BF, but i don't know how many %.

1. no, however if you resume previous habits and hormonal influences (particularly high estrogen levels or exposure) it can return particularly in periods of calorie excess and estrogen exposure.

2. no, though some people feel that the results are more noticable. However many people have mostly A2 fat, in those cases waiting is of no benefit and actually likely detrimental as losses will be slow from the start- which can be demotivating.. ie if you find it difficult to lose weight with exercise and calorie restriction use now. if you lose weight easily but then have stubborn fat pockets then you can wait, but you dont have to.
 
i am running a cycle it looks like this:
1-10 test enantahte
1-8 100mg winstrol daily
1-10 .5mg ldex daily
i was wondering if it is ok to run YES and trex while doing this cycle? i want to stay as lean as possible, anybody done this?

yes

though dependant on T dosage and your estrogenic conversion (aromatase levels) you may want to go with 1mg/day of DEX
 
sorry macro i forgot to put my test amounts in there, i listed the complete cycle now. do you think that .5mg od liquidex is enough for that amount of test? also how many cals do you think i need to stay extremelly lean and build some more LBM? how should it be broken down?

I read lots about this stucff just got in yesterday. Why is it recomended to take after BF% is down. If it increases weight loss should you be able to use it when ever with results.

true. Some people feel that you get "more value" when using at lower bodyfat (as more of the remaining fat is typically A2 rich).

Its effective at any bodyfat, it may be more proportionately effective at lower bodyfats (where there is less adipose tissue of any kind to be used as fuel)
 
yes i agree .. the lower your bodyfat the more it seems to work. however the same applies to fat-loss in general, the results seem more apparent when you have less work to do. thats just my 2cents
 
Im getting very interested in this stuff. Im somewhat lean, but my abs and sides dont look like I want them to. Im trying to bulk up right now so I feel a bit chubby in those areas. Would this stuff be ideal in my situation. also I heard you can use it on your face. I have always felt like my cheeks still have that baby fat look. If I do use it on my face will it break me out?
 
what about side effects? Are there any? If I use it, can I use it with other products? If I can what products should I use it with?
 
Ordered Yohimburn, T-rex, glucorell, etc, just a couple of questions.
1. I want to use the Yohimburn on my chest area mostly but my chest is very hairy and I don't want to shave..will this reduce effectiveness as exfolliation of these areas would be almost impossible.
2. Any idea how I can measure my bodyfat? The doctors in this country are pathetic and don't run standardised tests like in the US.

Hi there

Im reading this thread on Yohimburn and im getting more intrigued by the minute.

I have lost a lot of weight over the last year (322lbs down to 205lbs) and ive also dropped a whole load of bodyfat.

Naturally im still left with a bit of fat around my stomach and a set of small lovehandles. Ive had these for a little while now and cant seem to shift em.

Im interested to know if this product would help me get rid of these.

If so id also like to know where I can get this stuff in the Uk.

I just got my supply and started using it on my stomach and love handles.

Any ideas on how long it takes to see results?

Mine arrived today...yee ha. Smells lovely BTW. One word of advice for anyone using on their chest area like me... it makes your nipples tingle to say the least :p

I just ordered a bottle of Yohimburn yesterday and just had a few simple questions.

I workout usually anywhere from 4:30-5:30, depends on when I can make it up to the gym. Can I just apply the yohimburn one time a day say around 4:00? Would that be sufficient? Also, is it safe to apply it onto my face chest and abs at the same time? Finally, how much should I use in each area?

varies, though typically 1-2 squirts for face (depending on how much of face you are using on and 1-2 per pec and 1-3 for abs- there is no absolute right amount because peoples areas of application vary in size as does the characteristics of their skin)
 
Hey guys don't remember if i asked this before. I am finishing upa 2 week clen cycle. Was seeing what I should be taking for the two weeks while i am off. I'm down to 11 or 10% right now. I just need some back fat and ab fat to go away. Can I just run the yohimburn es? You said run it before a workout, now does that mean before my weight training or before cardio? Because i do weights then cardio about 10min after.

I am nowhere near the BF% I feel I could use YES at but a friend who isnt registered wanted me to ask the following:

Can anyone compare the burning sensation to any other topical products like Capzasin (which feels like a few thousand fire ants + an instant sun burn for an hour)?

Is it safe to use on your inner thighs being so close to your genitals and all? Should you just shield the area very well to avoid any accidental rub off?
 
it's a good burn...that's for sure.

i got my bottle about a week ago and i've been using it before every workout. i've been using it with trex so im not sure which is doing more of the work, but together they make me look damn good in the mirror!
 
Hey guys, been reading quite some bit here on this product. A little about myself. The last few months Ive been dieting and lots of cardio, dropped from 220 to 172ish, I still have a little gut, no abs to show, my chest is flatter but still loose and i have love handles. I havent hit the weights much but planning to for my next 3 month goal. I'd love to shed these flabby parts asap. Would you recommend using this product? If so, anything else? there are a lot of things that can be stacked depending on goals.

highly reccomend (regardless of goals)
Glucorell (r+ lipoic) and Sesamax (sesamin/episesamin)
 
My goal is to shed the left over fat - gut, chest, and build up my muscles. I've always had a tummy and jiggy chest, I want to tighten it up for once in my life. I plan to keep cardio up and start crackin on the weights. I have to organize my new diet plan cause I'll have to probably start eating a lot more then i have. I just want to look ripped come november/december, not HUGE but wow this kid got big - think tobey from spiderman (is this even possible) and i'm trying to figure out the best approach. I have all the time i need. Losing 50 lbs wasnt easy, but I think i can achieve at least 15 lbs of muscle or more by december.

I tried it I didnt think it worked that well at all but i was putting it on my nipples cause I have hard like rocks under them anyone know why?

OMG those pills are for breast cancer is it safe for a male to take them or should i look into surgery?
 
they are all quite effective letrozole is the strongest, there should be no issue taking with phentermine.

yes it is "safe" for men to take aromatase inhibitors. the majority of the guys that use AAS on this forum use them

you can also use traditional AI's (aromasin is another steroidal AI).

you can add a SERM like nolva to either of these.

for additional effect, especially if you have prolactin issues, a dopaminergic like dostinex or selegiline (even bromocriptine, though many find it harsh)
 
Is it okay to use that yohimburn stuff with an EC stack? I've heard you shouldn't orally ingest yohimbine if you're on EC, but what about this topical stuff?

most people find them(EC and Yohimburn) quite compatible. The one of the main issues with oral yohimbine is the MAO-I inhibition in the gut
 
Hey fellas, what do you all think about using this while on a bulk? When I was sub10% BF, I still had some fat in the chest area. I think I am just predisposed to store fat there. Right now, I have very nice, big chest, but like someone said earlier, the nips stick through on those tight shirts. You all think I should try this even tho I am not in a hypocaloric state?

With one week alone of this combo + cardio.. i've gone down a full bf% according to my scale. Love handles feel smaller.
 
K, so I'm about to order some Yohimburn ES im 6'1'' and 250 pounds...I plan on taking either thermorexin or Superdrine RX-10..which of the 2 would be better I'll also be taking glucorellR and possibly sesamax....

I jog every morning at 8am for 30 mins...so should i apply this before my jog?...also during the day i eitehr lift sxome weight or do some pushups...situps..crunches and whatnot..depending on that days routine..I'm also on a very helthy diet right now...also playing hockey 3 times a week...so what would be the best times to take all these supplements

should i use Yohimburn ES with Thermorexin and Sesapure or Glucorell and Sesapure. What is the best stack? Keep in mind that I am 155 lbs and 8% BF. I just have a problem getting my abs to shred up real good.
 
there realy is no best stack it really depends on your individual needs.

if you just have body fat then sesapure/thermorexin. If you have stubborn fat areas then yohimburn. or any combination of the above
 
been using for 2-3 weeks. hard to see much visible improvement but I know it has done something because my abdominal vascularity is much more visible..
 
was wondering how much Biotin one should take to counter the Glucorell.....in general?

i found a 1000 mcg 100 tabs online for $7. is that too much potency.....or lower down to 300mcg?

also was wondering about marijauna and if any knows of negative side effects from these interactions.....
