:artist: Been using yohimburn now for over three weeks and the results are amazing. It took about one week and then out of no where I was fitting into clothes that only three weeks before were too tight. Before vacation I was dieting and working out 5 x a week with weights and cardio. Now I only do 2x a week and have not been very concerned with diet. Everyone around me noticed so I took out the little tape and measured the booty and thigh and was very impressed. Two inches off the thighs. It has made me lose body fat in my arms which I did not want to happen but hey it goes with the terrortory. I am so impressed and no side effects at all-just wish I could order bigger size bottles. I have tried everything for cellulite short of surgery and now this stuff is working. I would not say that it takes away 100% of cellulite but I have noticed a 40% reduction. I am truly amazed. I know if I went back to training as hard I was it would take make that cellulite look obsolete. I was hesitant about buying it but am truly a believer.

I got my body fat tested last night and it is at 16% 1 month ago it was 19.5...I weigh 139 lowest weight ever.. Yes my measurements are aweosme too.. Congratulations again keep up the hard work

Well, you have to do something forever - eat smart and train hard.

Yohimburn will help reduce your trouble areas. Especially those areas rich in estrogenic fat ("saddlebags", abs, thighs, butt) It does not REMOVE the fat, nothing does that (well, besides lipo). It WILL help, but for permanent results, you will still have to eat smart and train hard. But it can help make a difference.
 
How are taking it pinneyshome, exfolieate the area you are going to apply it too, in the morn after a shower and then before youre workout? Also, what are you guys using to exfoliate with??
 
i try to exfoliate with a loofah but am not always faithful about it. I usually do it in the morning and there are times i do not work out but I am constantly getting exercise by walking to the park with my kid. So i am nearing the end of my bottle and need to order more. I only use about 3-4 pumps out of it. I noticed that someone on this website said they make their own by using Yohimbin fuel and lecithin oil. I left a response to him to see if i would get the same benefit from it. Because if i can its definitely the cheaper route. :)

body scrub or loofah are good options
 
I have tried the yohimbe fuel DIY (in oil, Ben Gay, or DMSO) in the past. I can assure you it is nowhere near as good as YES. The peppermint oil is a better vehicle for delivery, the Acetyl-l-Carnitine (ALCAR), Acetyl-l-Tyrosine (ALTYR), Histidine, Theophylline, Theobromine and Caffeine make YES light years ahead of anything you can make at home using herbal yohimbe. I am already getting very noticeable effects after only one week of use, although I have also been using Levorex. However I am certain the local effect on my thighs is from the YES. YES is expensive, but there really isn't anything else quite like it available that's cheaper!

I loufa every morning in the shower just before applying YES, and I've been applying to my right thigh only, so I know for sure what I'm seeing is not a placebo or overall fatloss effect.

BTW, the combo of YES and Levorex plus T-Rex (2 T-rex and 6 Levorex per day in three doses) has also made an inch disappear from my waist in just one week. This is a very potent stack.
 
So MS, you think this stuff really works?

I received some samples to try from the distributor. Gave the YES to my client that is getting ready for a fitness show a few weeks ago. Just gave her the T-Rex and Lev-x yesterday. Trying to assess the results. She's very anal about everything, so if these products have an effect, we'll know.

She wanted to know if she could still take one 25 mg dose of Ephedrine Sulfate with either or both, but not at the same time. One am, the others later in the day. Any opinions?

We just opened a huge new facility and the lighting (high ceiling with overhead metal halite) is totally different so I'm having a hard time assessing her progress. Still trying to get rid of the remnants of the post-preg, estrogenic ass fat.

I may bring these products up at our next supplement committee meeting for potential resale.

Gave the Glucorell to a Type II diabetic client.

We'll see if anything changes on her next set of blood chems (HbA1c, etc.)

Wilson6, in the name of good science you might have your client apply the YES to just one thigh and see if you can monitor any difference. I'm finding the YES has mild local effects and good systemic effects, in other words I seem to be losing more fat off the right thigh, but I am also losing it from the left thigh at a greater rate than I have in the past. However I am finding my upper body fat loss is slower than previous diets. this could just be due to aging, or because of increased alpha-2 AR fatloss inhibiting Beta-2.

Not sure about using both beta-2 agonists and alpha-2 on the same day, mainly because I don't really know how long it takes for topically applied yohimbine to clear. Next week I am starting to cycle 2 weeks EC then 2 weeks yohimbine and see what happens. Ephedrine plus Levorex should be great, E+T-Rex should be OK unless there's some problem combining synephrine and ephedrine??

3 weeks into this program I am down 4kg and 3 notches on my belt, so I am clearly losing plenty of belly fat too (a lot of sub-q by the pinch test)! My diet is different this time, and that may also make a difference. It's basically a carb cycling diet, and in theory the yohimbine should work particulalry well on my low carb and no carb days.

Only reason why I ask is because I have sensitive skin. The product causes me no grief but the scrubbing will. So my workaround is a chemical exfoliator. So I was just wondering if I am sane in doing so.

should be fine. salicylic acid will increase uptake a bit, if used close together (its a permeation enhancer)

neutrogena has a new "gentle" body scrub, so you might want to look into that.
 
I clean my skin with alcahol before applying it.. clearing off any body oils seemed to help absorption..


and as for women using it.. My girlfriend was stealing my yohimburn ES.. and I found out because I was checking her out while she was changing and I said damn your waits looks so tiny.. your abs are realyl stcikign out.

She got this evil grin and couldnt keep it in any longer. LOL I didnt mind though..

YES is an amazing product. Really gets rid of localized water too.

Too bad its so damn expensive though.

You can't get Yohimburn in a pill. It simply doesn't work that way. You apply it to the thigh or area you have A2 or "female fat pattern" fat and then shortly thereafter you train.


Yohimburn is better for problem fat in women. Thermorexin is a better diet system. One that will not only increase metabolism but will help control your appetite.
 
just a little bonus for this wonderful product is that i have fibrocystic breasts that are always very tender and sore even if it isnt time for my aunt & uncle to visit, (lol), this product has taken the soreness away and many of my lumps disappear too. Finally something that does what it says. I have really gotten away from working out as hard because i am just maintaining but I truly believe yohimburn es has really aided me along. I love the sale this week!
 
Does any one know if you can inject yohimbe into the meso layer of the skin for good results. We just bought some for mesotherapy and were wondering if anyone on here has tried it.

MAcro......maybe you could point the benefits for using this product versus say...nolvadex for a typical female who wants to lose fat from "estrogenic/sticky" fat areas....
 
this time i'm gonna type correctly. my tummy is noticeable smaller.. thats the only place i have used it really

I thought that i would forever have a little tummy. (not much but a little one) and this stuff has made it toally disappear

i've been using it for 2 weeks.. but ppl started commenting within a week.. but I was already in decent shape.. It's not a miracle solution, but can facilitate exercise and eating.. well that's my opinion
 
I am also thinking or taking this product. Im not fat or battling to lose weight, but I have gained about 7kg over the past year that I want to lose but every time I start training striclty and dieting, I get so de-motivated becuase Im not seing results. I know that it will take time but I wouldnt mind a little extra help.

Where do you get it from?

I agree, diet and training are both essential to good resutls, but a little extra "help" while dieting and training is always welcome :artist:

of course im dieting :) Training bladdy hard too - the results are coming, slowly but surely - like i said I want to use the yohimburn to help me. I am not a beliver in miracle potions, and in order to get resutls you have to sweat for them :)

If I could lose an additioanl inch or two with the help of Yohimburn, im all for it :)

I was just reading a couple brief paragraphs on the stack above and I'm confused why would someone use Thermorexin and Levorex together? Are they both not thermogenic products? So far I have read throughout the threads and the brief descriptions of the products that most people are using YES, Thermorexin, and Glucorell-R. What is the added benefit of using Levorex? Would you cycle between the Levorex and the Thermorexin so the body doesn't build an immunity to the product? What is a good BF to start using these products to see results? Sorry I'm a bit new to this.

Sorry b/c I think this was asked but I wasn't clear on the answer:

Can you mix ECA (or in my case ECgreentea) with YES? I just ordered this cream but haven't touched it yet. I use my stack about 4-5 times a week, only once per day-right b4 the gym. I saw one mention of alternating them every 2 weeks. This seems like a pain in the a$$ so I would hope i can just apply this stuff every morning and then take my ECGT as usual, but if that's not safe, then I wouldn't want to do that.

I only do cardio 3 times a week. Should I use when I lift weights?

typically reccomend use within 1yr of purchase, after that you may see some decline in potency. Not a tremendous amount, actually sampled an original (well over 2yrs old) still potent. However still reccomend use within 1 year.
 
what about shelf life of an unopened Yoh DF bottle. I purchased about a year ago, and wanted to use it now that my BF is lower. And its OK to stack with ECA or T-Rex?

Also, will the DF register on the scale (water retention) or since its the improved, but older formula, will it manage the water gain itself.

should be fine.

with respect to water, ES is more effective- though many find DF to be sufficient.- basically probably not an issue with water weight, though not a guarantee

If you like the smell of it... You should try Origins Shampoo and conditioner (Rosemary Mint) it smells just like that. I feel like a sprig of mint walking around with the combo!

there are currently only 4oz. There have been three different tops, though only 2 flow volumes (1ml and .5ml).

there may be limited larger sizes in the future.
 
Do you all freeze your butt off putting this on up in Canada? I know here it just makes me want to crawl up into a ball with a big blanket to get warm. Don't walk outside when it's freezing or else you about freeze to death...

I was rubbing it in on my thighs including the inner protions. Well I have shorts with built-in underwear... Yeah start running and boyyy other things start to get pretty cold too. Hmmm I wonder... Nevermind....

Has anyone tried to DF - and what kind of results are you seeing?
