Lot of fuss over a dead mutt.

Please explain the basis on which you determine the value of an animal.

i think the basis should be more on the fact that the kids are demented enough to do something like such..

torturing anything living is pretty sick.. well maybe not spiders and roaches.. but honestly i was the kid who would shoot a bird down from a tree and then cry about it and never do it again..

guess i have a big heart for animals.

Agreed, torturing any living thing is completely unnecessary. You know livestock is killed worldwide in less than humane ways though right? But most people still eat meat, so what makes pigs, cows, horses, chickens etc of less value than a dog or a cat?
