So i buckled down and bought the Grizzly weighted dip belt off Bodybuilding.com. That thing is a monster. I walked into the gym and everyone was staring at it like it was some sort of medieval torture device. Anyway, i left it in my locker and when it was time for dips, i went and grabbed it. I weigh about 220 so usually I do 4 sets of 10-15 reps for dips. I know i can squeeze out a few more but i usually feel winded.
Anyway, I strapped on a 45lb plate and did my routine. Jesus. I did 4 sets of 10 and on my last set, i struggled so hard to get the last 2 reps. Now, 2 days later, I don't feel the DOMS as much as when I do with CGBP or heavy triceps pulldowns but my arms do feel like Jell-O. I also like knowing i am hitting my chest so it's like killing two birds ya know.
Anyway, question is, can i stick to doing dips as my main triceps movement or have many of ya'll seen better mass development with CGBP's or Skull crushers, etc.....
