Yet another weighted dips question...

That is what I was trying to say, you can't cheat on dips.

I turn my wrists out slightly so that the weight is centered more inline with the wrist, very similar to the proper bench press form. The great thing with dips is that it is extremely hard to cheat. Leaning forward may make it slightly easier but you will never be able to lean forward enough to really cheat.


ok I got yeah, I thought you were saying it was easier if you leaned forward... I think the natural position is to lean forward a bit!! after I re-read it I got it... the firts time I was like "wtf... easier??" :)
