I lean forward, probably aroud the 45-55 degree range, I feel it work my chest on the deeper end and kill my tris on the other!! you are steadily lowering your body between two bars and then pushing up!! how do you cheat at dips?? that's like cheating at deadlifts, I understand cheating at curls (the swing) I understand cheating at pullups (the kick) but I don't get how you cheat at weighted dips??
That is what I was trying to say, you can't cheat on dips.
