Lots of people seem to need to qualify their lifts, saying stuff like that. Progress IS progress, it doesn't matter if you are going from 505 to 510, or 135 to 138.5; it is STILL GOING UP!! We are all at different levels. The idea is to challenge yourself...

Fatty... i use to do them on smiths for about 3 weeks.... you can imagine how different it is. Progress is progress and i do challenge myself.
