Yet another DNP question....

For those of you who take 600mgs or more per day in what hourly intervals do you take a 200mg dose in one day? I am asking because I am on day 3, and I was taking 400mg/day. Now, I am going to venture on up to 600mgs. These are 200mg POWDER caps. I weigh 205 and was at 14%bf when I started. Thanks for your input fellas!

I took each cap roughly 6 hours apart when i did 600mg...
Never had any problems sleeping - other than the fact that my sheets were a little damp from me sweating my ass off...

be sure to eat fruit.. every couple of hours to help keep liver glycogen up.

200mg increment is fine, base your judgement on how you feel if you get too weak and too hot then its time to cut the dose, but at 600mg/ed you should be ok. one thing to remember, DNP BUILDS UP IN YOUR SYSTEM, the 600mg that you take today will not be all gone by tomorow.
