YES question...

How long does a bottle of YES typically last and do the results stay or is it temporary? Might seem dumb but I'm a little apprehensive about dropping cash on something like this, seems too good to be true type thing. I'm sure you guys understand. Some help please.....

varies. depends on how much you use and how many areas (plus how big those areas are- people vary in size quite a bit.

typically a bottle lasts 4-5 weeks for most users.

fat loss is as permanent as any fat loss..... if the conditions that caused the fat to accumulate still exist or return because of actions/exposures/genetics (excess calorie "exposure", high estrous levels, poor insulin control, etc...) the fat will come back

For YES to work do i have to do cardio? I never gained my face fat because of poor diet, it was because of high estrogen and water retention due to Propecia/Dutasteride. Should i do 45 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach or something? Also, does anybody have any diet recommendations for somebody on a tight budget?

Yes i run an anti-e with Dutasteride, i just started Letro to get rid of what i think is mild gyno from previous Finesteride use, then i might switch to Arimidex. I didnt use an anti-e while on Finesteride. Ive been on Dutasteride for like 20 days.

Dut has a long halflife and they only come in 0.5mg caps like i take. So if i try o take it every few days i dont think that would make much of a difference. Trust me i know i need some DHT, hairloss sucks ass and i really dont want to take any drugs and i might just drop all this shit soon and stick to an anti-androgen. These drugs have fucked up my facial apperance tenfold. My skin looks like shit, i get peach fuzz on my face, bags ans dark circles under my eyes, and puffy face/face fat,ect. Sucks big time.


macrophage69alpha, do you think these drugs can actually biologically change the way you look because of your hormones being altered? I mean change your facial structure,ect? Or will i look like my old self again if i drop these drugs and my face fat/water retention,ect returns to normal?

they can definitely affect fat storage patterns, perhaps even long term hormonal balance. so it can alter the fat storage pattern in your face, but not the underlying structure.

other than possible fat issues, dropping will restore your old "look"

Thanks macrophage69alpha, thats good to know. Im officially off Dutasteride and i will never touch drugs again. I have a question though, do you find it weird that my body remains looking good,hard,ect on DHT inhibitors as im naturally lean and muscular, and i stay pretty vascular, but my face is bloated and retaining water and fat? My chest also looks great when flexed, but when i dont flex they sag when before they didnt. Is this normal? I think i'll stick with the small applications of Minoxidil lotions because that doesnt give me water retention, or fat at all. I was off Propecia for 2 months before i started Dutasteride and i never felt better. My face also looked leaner again like it is naturally, my mood was great, sex drive great, strength great, motivation great,ect. Im sticking to topical anti-androgens because the ones im using are very effective and dont mess with your internal hormones. When i mess with my hormones im not myself and i feel different, like im a different person, for the worse without DHT. I naturally have a very high sex drive and its part of my personality, so when i inhibit DHT it messes me up! Thanks bro, cant wait to get that YES in the mail to kickstart this face fat loss!

most of the side effects you describe are due to reduced DHT levels, likely exacerbated by increased E levels. it is normal to have water retention in your face (its everywhere, its just more noticable and can be more concentrated their (high blood flow))
